This study is a collaboration between four information centres in Halton, the United Way of Oakville and the Halton Social Planning Council. These organizations conducted a feasibility study of 211 for telephone access to community, social, health, and government services in communities across Canada. This report examines the requirements of a 211 service and provides recommendations describing how a 211 service might be delivered in Halton.
