As a local partner of Campaign 2000, Community Development Halton created this report card to document child poverty in Halton. This report outlined the geographical areas within Burlington and Oakville where child poverty is disproportionately high. It also examines the socio-economic factors leading to child poverty and outlines the recommendations made by Campaign 2000 for a social investment plan that would elevate the this persistent problem.
