Building Hope Together: Strategies for Creating Housing in Uncertain Times

This report demonstrated that there is a significant group of Halton residents who are at-risk of becoming homeless. It illustrates the relationship between a need for housing and the level of government expenditure needed to address the issue of homelessness in local communities. This paper provides an analysis of the current state of affordable housing, an investigation concerning theoretical principles which may lead to qualitative change, and a section containing literary reviews of relevant international sources.
