International Volunteer Managers Day (IVMDay) is on Thursday, November 5, 2020, and it is an opportunity to reflect on and celebrate the critical work that Managers of Volunteers do. It also raises awareness and educates others on this significant role and how Managers of Volunteers mobilize the often-complex resources that volunteers bring to a role.

Please join us this Thursday on November 5 for a Virtual Open House, to connect with other Managers of Volunteers, share your experiences, and talk about “What’s Next”.

Let’s celebrate Volunteer Managers! This year’s theme is simply “What’s Next?”. The Covid-19 pandemic has created challenges on many levels, and those leading volunteer efforts have found themselves in positions never imagined. It’s our hope that over the lead up to IVMDay 2020, we will continue to have time to reflect on the lessons, challenges and most importantly opportunities that lay in front of us – and we hope that #IVMDay20 will offer a focal point for volunteering leaders, the world over, to collaborate and consolidate the way forward (volunteermanagersday.org)

*participants will be entered for a draw of a Gift Basket of lifestyle products from Indigo.
