In this encore presentation of Part II of this three-part series, we'll build on the concepts of equity, diversity, and inclusion by exploring personal and professional power. You'll understand the concepts of harnessing, holding, and giving power.
We'll also dive into sharing power, and where and how this is possible at all stages of the volunteer engagement cycle.

You'll leave this session with:
- How to recognize and handle power sharing across
the volunteer engagement cycle
- Getting comfortable with difficult situations and how to handle them
- Tools to build an action plan to share power with colleagues and volunteers
