What do you measure as a benchmark of success in your volunteer program? In the first workshop of this series, join us to learn more about the pros/cons of different data collection methods and how to identify the gaps and opportunities in the data you collect.
Presenter: Erin Spink, MA
Over the past 20 years, Erin Spink has gained international recognition as a speaker and writer in Volunteer Engagement. Her work includes the first-ever academic research quantifying the concept of "volunteer engagement", multiple chapters in the CCVA accreditation textbook and regular contributions as co-author of Points of View articles with Rob Jackson and co-editor of the Ethics column for Engage.
Erin has a passion to enhance and improve how Leaders of Volunteers use and collect Metrics that Matter to support their work and faciliate impactful Volunteer Engagement.
