For this final workshop in our Volunteer Engagement Fundamentals series, we welcome back Sammy Feilchenfeld, Manager, Learning, with Volunteer Toronto who asks the question, "How well do you know the Ontario Human Rights Code (the Code)?" On May 25, 2023 at 10:00am, join us as, through case studies and activities, we explore the history and applications of the Code as it applies to volunteer engagement.
You'll leave this session with a detailed understanding of your obligations under the Code, tools to meet your obligatins through volunteer engagement practices, and tips and examples for the upholding of Bona Fide Occupational Responsibility.
