The 2023 CDH Educates Workshop series continues on April 12, 2023 with another volunteer engagement fundamentals presentation - Volunteer Supervision and Support. What does it take to supervise volunteers? What's the difference between leading and managing? What kind of support can you provide?
Supervision styles vary, but in this interactive webinar, Sammy Feilchenfeld, Manager, Learning, Volunteer Toronto, will help us understand people management and the role support plays in guiding volunteers to success. Through activities and discussion, we'll explore settiing expectations, coaching to better performance, and avoiding burnout.
