In Part II of this series, Erin will walk us through how to identify what you're trying to measure and why, and how to select appropriate data collection method(s) to answer these questions. You will also learn how to kepp information safe and meet global standards for data collection and privacy.

Over the past 20 years, Erin Spink has gained international recognition as a speaker and writer in Volunteer Engagement. Her work includes the first-ever academic research quantifying the concept of "volunteer engagement", multiple chapters in the CCVA accreditation textbook and regular contributions as co-author of Points of View articles with Rob Jackson and co-editor of the Ethics column for Engage.
Erin has a passion to enhance and improve how Leaders of Volunteers use and collect Metrics that Matter to support their work and faciliate impactful Volunteer Engagement.
