In this final workshop of our Financial Literacy series, Deb Andrews, Principal at SB Partners, LLP, will help you understand how to draft a budget and the value of effective budgeting, as well as how to draft financial policies and what controls need to be put in place to meet the accounting standards for charities and not-for-profits.
