The CDH Educateds 2023 Workshop Series is pleaed to offer this in-person workshop on March 22, 2023 with Benjamin Miller, staff lawyer with Community Legal Education Ontario - Bring Your Own Bylaws. In this working session, participants will work through their bylaws and letters patent and a special workbook to identify what they might want or need to change in order to compley with the Ontario Not-For-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA).
This session is for senior leaders, board members, and anyone involved in the corporate governance of organizations already incorprated under Ontario's Corporations Act or a special Act.
